Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and reviewing financial statements, reports, and budgets
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and ledgers
• Process invoices, payments, and other financial transactions
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting, including data analysis and reporting
• Provide administrative support to the accounting team, including filing, scanning, and data entry
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, laws, and regulations
• Perform other accounting-related tasks as required

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
• 2+ years of experience in accounting or a related field
• Proficiency in accounting software and systems, such as QuickBooks or Xero
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
