Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Management
- Manage and coordinate administrative tasks, including preparing and distributing reports, maintaining records, and performing general administrative duties.
- Develop and implement administrative processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
Office Management
- Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the office premises, including managing vendors and suppliers.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events for the team.
- Manage office supplies and inventory.
Human Resources
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and training of new employees.
- Manage employee data, including personnel files and benefits administration.
- Coordinate employee events and activities.
Financial Management
- Manage and track expenses, including preparing and processing invoices and payments.
- Assist with budgeting and financial planning.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
Requirements:
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in an administrative management role.
- Proven experience in office management, human resources, and financial management.
Skills and Qualities
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Fluency in English and French (Luxembourgish is an asset).
