Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service to passengers, including answering queries, resolving issues, and providing information on flight schedules, baggage claims, and airport facilities.

Assist passengers with check-in, baggage drop-off, and boarding processes, ensuring a smooth and efficient travel experience.

Maintain a high level of safety and security at the airport, reporting any suspicious activity or security breaches to airport authorities.

Collaborate with airline staff and airport authorities to ensure the smooth operation of flights, including handling flight disruptions and irregularities.

Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping, to support airport operations.

Requirements:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., hospitality, customer service) an advantage.

Language: Fluency in English and Polish; additional languages an asset.

Experience: Previous experience in customer service, aviation, or a related field an advantage.

Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; strong problem-solving and adaptability skills.

Visa Scholarship: Successful candidates will receive a free visa scholarship to work in Poland for a minimum of 12 months.

Working Conditions:

Work Schedule: Rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Work Environment: Airport environment, with exposure to varying temperatures, noise levels, and security protocols.

Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 kg, and move around the airport.
