Job Summary:

The Cabin Crew Member is responsible for ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers on board, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized cabin environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Safety and Emergency Procedures

• Ensure compliance with all safety procedures and regulations, including evacuation procedures, emergency equipment operation, and first aid administration.
• Conduct pre-flight safety checks and ensure all safety equipment is in working order.
• Respond to emergency situations, such as medical emergencies, turbulence, and evacuations, in accordance with airline procedures.

Customer Service

• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and memorable travel experience for all passengers.
• Greet passengers, offer food and beverage services, and address any concerns or requests.
• Handle passenger complaints and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.

Cabin Management

• Maintain a clean and organized cabin environment, ensuring all areas are tidy and well-maintained.
• Conduct regular cabin inspections to ensure compliance with airline standards.
• Manage cabin inventory, including supplies and equipment, and report any discrepancies or issues.

Teamwork and Communication

• Work effectively as part of a team to ensure the smooth operation of the flight.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with passengers, colleagues, and flight crew members.
• Participate in pre-flight briefings and debriefings to discuss flight plans, safety procedures, and passenger needs.

Requirements and Qualifications:

Education and Training

• Hold a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Complete a cabin crew training program approved by the UAE General Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA) or equivalent.

Experience

• Have at least 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the aviation industry.
• Possess a valid Cabin Crew License issued by the GCAA or equivalent.

Language Skills

• Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with passengers and colleagues.
• Knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an advantage.

Physical and Medical Requirements

• Meet the airline’s physical and medical requirements, including passing a medical examination and obtaining a valid medical certificate.
• Be able to lift, push, and pull heavy objects, and work in a pressurized cabin environment.

• The airline offers a visa scholarship program for successful candidates, covering the cost of obtaining a UAE residence visa.
• The scholarship is subject to terms and conditions, including a minimum service commitment of 2 years.
