About the Role

Qatar Airways is seeking dynamic, customer-focused individuals to join our world-renowned cabin crew team. As a member of our cabin crew, you will be the face of Qatar Airways, ensuring the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of passengers on all flights.

Key Responsibilities

• Safety Management: Ensure the safety of passengers and crew by adhering to safety regulations and procedures.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to passengers, including attending to their needs and requests promptly.
• Pre-flight Preparation: Conduct safety checks, ensure the cleanliness of the cabin, and verify that all in-flight amenities are stocked and operational.
• In-flight Duties: Serve meals and beverages, provide first aid if necessary, and manage passenger issues or emergencies.
• Post-flight Duties: Assist with the disembarkation process and ensure the cabin is ready for the next flight.

Requirements

• Minimum Age: 21 years old.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Language Skills: Fluency in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
• Height: Minimum arm reach of 212 cm on tiptoes.
• Appearance: Professional, with the ability to maintain a well-groomed appearance.
• Health: Physically fit, with the ability to pass a medical evaluation.
• Travel Readiness: Willing to relocate to Doha, Qatar, and travel extensively.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for customer service.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role.
• Experience living or working in a multicultural environment.
• Ability to swim at least 25 meters unaided.
