Safety and Emergency Procedures:

• Ensure compliance with all safety procedures and regulations
• Conduct pre-flight safety checks and briefings
• Respond to emergency situations and provide first aid as needed

Customer Service:

• Provide exceptional customer service to passengers
• Offer food and beverage services, and handle special meal requests
• Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner

Cabin Preparation and Maintenance:

• Prepare the cabin for flight, including setting up seats, tables, and amenities
• Conduct regular cabin checks to ensure cleanliness and tidiness
• Report any defects or issues to the maintenance team

Teamwork and Communication:

• Work effectively as part of a team to ensure smooth flight operations
• Communicate clearly and professionally with passengers, colleagues, and flight crew
• Participate in pre-flight briefings and debriefings

Requirements and Qualifications

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• College degree or higher preferred

Experience:

• Previous experience in customer service or a related field
• Experience in the aviation industry is an advantage

Language Skills:

• Fluency in English is required
• Knowledge of additional languages is an asset

Physical and Medical Requirements:

• Meet the airline’s medical requirements
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 pounds)
• Ability to work in a pressurized cabin environment

Visa Scholarship:

• Successful candidates will be eligible for a visa scholarship in 2024
• The scholarship will cover the cost of obtaining a UAE visa and other related expenses
