Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain all areas of the facility, including common areas, resident rooms, and bathrooms
• Ensure all areas are tidy and organized, including storage areas and laundry facilities
• Restock supplies and linens as needed

Providing Support to Residents:

• Assist residents with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
• Assist with meal times, including serving and cleaning up

Maintaining Safety and Security:

• Ensure all safety protocols are followed, including fire safety and emergency procedures
• Monitor and report any maintenance or repair issues to the maintenance team
• Ensure all areas are secure, including doors, windows, and gates

Requirements:

Essential:

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, such as a Caretaker or Housekeeper
• Ability to communicate effectively in French (written and spoken)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical ability to lift, bend, and stand for long periods

Desirable:

• Experience working with elderly or vulnerable adults
