Key Responsibilities

• Provide personalized care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living activities, medication management, and mobility assistance.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Monitor and report changes in clients’ conditions, and implement care plans as needed.
• Maintain a safe and healthy environment for clients, adhering to infection control and health and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Hold a valid nursing or caregiving certification (e.g., CNA, HCA, or equivalent).
• Have at least 1-2 years of experience in caregiving or a related field.
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Be able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Have a strong understanding of confidentiality and data protection principles.
• Be willing to relocate to Portugal and commit to a minimum of 1-year contract.
