Key Responsibilities:

Teaching and Learning:

• Plan and implement engaging and interactive lesson plans that cater to the needs of children aged 2-6 years old
• Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment that promotes children’s cognitive, social, and emotional development
• Assess and monitor children’s progress, identifying areas of strength and weakness, and adapting teaching strategies accordingly
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum plans that meet the needs of all children

Child Care and Welfare:

• Provide high-quality care and attention to children, ensuring their physical, emotional, and psychological needs are met
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
• Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of children at all times, adhering to relevant policies and procedures
• Maintain accurate records of children’s progress, attendance, and any incidents or accidents

Communication and Teamwork:

• Communicate effectively with parents, colleagues, and other stakeholders, ensuring they are informed about children’s progress and any issues that may arise
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to plan and implement activities, share resources, and provide support
• Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and other professional development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills

Requirements:

Education and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
• Teaching certification or equivalent qualification
• Experience working with children aged 2-6 years old

Skills and Abilities:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to plan and implement engaging lesson plans and activities
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)

Visa Scholarship:

• The successful candidate will be eligible for a free visa scholarship for 2024
• The scholarship will cover the cost of obtaining a visa to work in Poland
