Key Responsibilities:

Teaching and Learning:

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the needs of children aged 0-6 years old
• Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment that promotes children’s cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development
• Use a variety of teaching methods and materials to engage children in active learning
• Assess and monitor children’s progress, identifying areas of strength and weakness

Childcare and Welfare:

• Provide high-quality care and attention to children, ensuring their physical, emotional, and psychological needs are met
• Establish positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment that meets health and safety standards
• Identify and report any concerns or issues related to child welfare

Communication and Collaboration:

• Communicate effectively with parents, keeping them informed about their child’s progress and development
• Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement activities, share resources, and provide support
• Participate in staff meetings, training, and professional development opportunities

Requirements:

Education and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
• Teaching certification or equivalent (e.g., TEFL, TESOL)
• Experience working with children aged 0-6 years old

Skills and Abilities:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)

Visa Scholarship:

• The successful candidate will be eligible for a visa scholarship, covering the cost of obtaining a work visa for Poland
• The scholarship will also provide support with relocation and settling in Poland
