Key Responsibilities:

Plan and Implement Educational Programs: Develop and implement educational programs that promote children’s cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development. Create a stimulating and engaging environment that fosters children’s curiosity and creativity.

Provide High-Quality Care: Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of children in your care. Maintain a clean and organized environment, and provide nutritious meals and snacks.

Build Relationships: Establish positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues. Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child’s progress, and provide regular updates.

Maintain Records: Keep accurate records of children’s progress, including observations, assessments, and reports.

Collaborate with Colleagues: Work collaboratively with other educators and staff members to achieve common goals and objectives.

Stay Current: Stay up-to-date with best practices in early childhood education, and participate in ongoing professional development.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.

Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience working with children aged 1-6 years old.

Language: Fluency in English (written and spoken). Knowledge of Swedish is an asset.

Certifications: Valid teaching certification or equivalent.

Visa Requirements: Eligible for a visa scholarship to work and live in Sweden.
