As a Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to Amazon customers via phone, email, and chat. Key Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, and resolving issues in a timely and accurate manner. This includes resolving customer complaints, answering product questions, and providing product recommendations.

Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues, and escalate issues to senior team members or other departments as necessary.

Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively answer customer questions and provide product recommendations.

Work in a fast-paced environment to meet customer service metrics, such as first call resolution, customer satisfaction, and productivity.

Participate in process improvement initiatives to improve customer experience and reduce costs.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.

1+ year of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
