Key Responsibilities

• Pick up and drop off passengers, packages, or goods at designated locations
• Operate vehicles safely and efficiently, adhering to traffic laws and regulations
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle, ensuring a comfortable and safe environment for passengers
• Provide excellent customer service, responding to passenger queries and resolving issues promptly
• Navigate through GPS-guided routes, using maps and traffic updates to optimize journey times
• Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections, reporting any maintenance or repair needs
• Collaborate with dispatch teams to optimize routes and schedules, minimizing delays and maximizing efficiency

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license (Category B or equivalent)
• Minimum 2 years of driving experience, preferably in a similar role
• Fluent German language skills (written and spoken)
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Basic knowledge of Austrian traffic laws and regulations
• Physical ability to lift and maneuver packages or goods (up to 25 kg)
• Pass a background check and obtain necessary permits and licenses
