Key Responsibilities:

Packing and Preparation:

• Pack fresh fruits and vegetables into boxes, crates, or other containers according to company standards and customer requirements.
• Ensure accurate labeling and weighing of packed products.
• Prepare products for shipping by applying wrapping, boxing, or crating as necessary.

Quality Control:

• Inspect packed products for quality and damage, reporting any issues to supervisors.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.

Production and Efficiency:

• Meet production targets and deadlines, working efficiently to minimize waste and maximize output.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and objectives.

Safety and Training:

• Adhere to company safety policies and procedures, reporting any hazards or incidents.
• Participate in training sessions to improve packing skills and knowledge of company procedures.

Requirements:

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Language:

• Basic knowledge of Russian language (training provided for non-Russian speakers).

Physical Demands:

• Ability to lift up to 25 kg (55 lbs) regularly.
• Stand for long periods, with frequent bending, stooping, and twisting.

Work Environment:

• Work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment (around 10°C to 15°C or 50°F to 59°F).
• Exposure to moderate noise levels and occasional vibrations.
