The Gas Delivery Boy is responsible for delivering liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) cylinders to customers in a safe and efficient manner, while providing excellent customer service and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Delivery and Customer Service

• Deliver LPG cylinders to customers on time and in good condition, ensuring accurate and efficient delivery processes.
• Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner, responding to their queries and resolving any issues promptly.
• **Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer needs are met.

Safety and Compliance

• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies, including wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) and following safe driving practices.
• Conduct regular vehicle inspections and report any defects or issues to the supervisor.
• **Maintain a clean and organized vehicle, adhering to company standards.

Inventory Management

• Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels of LPG cylinders, ensuring sufficient stock is available to meet customer demand.
• **Report any inventory discrepancies or issues to the supervisor.

Administrative Tasks

• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including customer signatures and payment receipts.
• **Submit daily reports to the supervisor, including details of deliveries, customer interactions, and any issues encountered.

Requirements and Qualifications

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of experience in a delivery or customer service role preferred.

Skills and Knowledge

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and practices.

Physical Demands

• Ability to lift and maneuver LPG cylinders (up to 50 kg) safely.
• Ability to drive a company vehicle for extended periods.
