Key Responsibilities

Operations Management

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance departments.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and standards.
• Manage and coordinate the activities of department heads to achieve hotel goals and objectives.

Customer Service

• Ensure exceptional customer service by providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere, resolving customer complaints, and exceeding customer expectations.
• Develop and implement customer service standards and training programs.
• Foster a positive and professional relationship with guests, employees, and vendors.

Revenue Management

• Analyze and optimize hotel revenue through effective yield management, rate strategy, and inventory control.
• Develop and implement revenue management strategies to maximize occupancy, average daily rate, and revenue per available room.
• Monitor and report on hotel performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

Human Resources

• Manage and develop a team of hotel staff, including department heads, supervisors, and line staff.
• Recruit, train, and retain talented employees to achieve hotel goals and objectives.
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting employee engagement and development.

Financial Management

• Manage and control hotel expenses, including labor costs, operating expenses, and capital expenditures.
• Develop and implement budgets, forecasts, and financial plans to achieve hotel goals and objectives.
• Analyze and report on hotel financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

Safety and Security

• Ensure a safe and secure environment for guests, employees, and hotel assets.
• Develop and implement safety and security policies, procedures, and training programs.
• Conduct regular safety and security audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel management, with at least 2 years in a senior management role.
• Proven track record of success in hotel operations, revenue management, and customer service.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on customer service and teamwork.
• Fluency in English, with knowledge of Arabic an advantage.

Visa Scholarship 2024

• The hotel offers a visa scholarship program for successful candidates, including sponsorship of a Qatar residence visa and related expenses.
• The scholarship program is available for a period of 2 years, with the option to renew for an additional 2 years.
