Key Responsibilities

Room Cleaning and Preparation

• Clean and prepare guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and restocking linens and amenities
• Ensure all rooms are cleaned and prepared to hotel standards
• Restock linens, towels, and amenities as needed

Public Area Maintenance

• Clean and maintain public areas, including lobbies, corridors, and restrooms
• Ensure all public areas are clean, tidy, and free of debris
• Restock supplies and amenities as needed

Back-of-House Maintenance

• Clean and maintain back-of-house areas, including laundry rooms, storage areas, and staff areas
• Ensure all back-of-house areas are clean, tidy, and organized
• Restock supplies and amenities as needed

Guest Service

• Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to requests and resolving issues promptly and professionally
• Ensure guest satisfaction and loyalty

Teamwork and Communication

• Work collaboratively with other housekeeping staff and hotel departments to ensure efficient and effective operations
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure seamless operations

Requirements and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel or hospitality establishment preferred
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
