Key Responsibilities:

Waiter/Waitress:

• Greet and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Take food and drink orders, and serve them promptly and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, chairs, and floors
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently
• Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer needs and resolving any issues that may arise

Kitchen Assistant:

• Assist chefs and cooks with food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and dicing ingredients
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including cleaning equipment, utensils, and workstations
• Prepare and portion food items, such as salads, soups, and desserts
• Assist with food plating and presentation, ensuring dishes are visually appealing and meet quality standards
• Support kitchen staff during peak periods, including meal prep and cleanup

Bartender:

• Prepare and serve drinks, including cocktails, beer, and wine
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including cleaning equipment, utensils, and workstations
• Manage cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently
• Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer needs and resolving any issues that may arise
• Maintain a knowledge of drinks and menus, making recommendations to customers and answering questions about ingredients and preparation methods

Requirements:

• Fluency in English (German language skills are an asset, but not required)
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a restaurant or bar setting
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on customer service and teamwork
• Physical ability to lift up to 25 kg and stand for long periods of time
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
