Responsibilities:

Teaching:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons to students of various ages and proficiency levels
• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet the curriculum requirements
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment

Classroom Management:

• Manage classroom behavior and maintain discipline
• Establish and maintain relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
• Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities

Curriculum Development:

• Contribute to the development and implementation of the school’s curriculum
• Collaborate with colleagues to design and implement new programs and initiatives
• Stay up-to-date with best practices in education and incorporate them into teaching practices

Requirements:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field
• Teaching certification or license (e.g., TEFL, TESOL, CELTA)

Experience:

• At least 2 years of teaching experience, preferably in an international setting
• Experience teaching students of various ages and proficiency levels

Language:

• Fluency in English (native speaker or C1 level)
• Knowledge of Russian language is an asset, but not required

Personal Qualities:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment
• Flexibility, adaptability, and a positive attitude
